CRE Resources, LLC is an independent commercial real estate consulting and business advisory firm serving CRE and mid-market / Main Street business clients since 1984. We help business owners, tenants, landlords, buyers, sellers, and investors make better decisions — backed by data, experience, and a structured process.
We are not a high-volume shop. We take on a select number of clients at a time so every engagement gets the focused, hands-on attention it deserves.

Mark is a retired Corporate Real Estate Executive with over 40 years of experience in commercial real estate and business advisory. His career spans national and regional retail and healthcare companies including GAP, Circuit City, Brookstone, CarMax, Five Below, Ascena Retail, IKEA, and Active Day.
Over the course of his career, Mark has sourced, analyzed, negotiated, packaged, and closed over 450 commercial real estate transactions — including leases, ground leases, land purchases, ground-up developments, and sale-leasebacks.
