Transparent Pricing for Every Stage of the Process
Selling your business is one of the hardest things you'll ever do. The M&A process can be difficult, demanding, and emotionally draining. At CRE Resources, we pride ourselves on full transparency in guiding you through every decision — starting with how we charge.
Our fees are based on your business's annual revenue, but many factors can influence the final structure: industry complexity, profitability, purchase price expectations, timeline, buyer pool size, and how prepared you are for selling. We tailor every engagement to your business's unique characteristics, and your fees are finalized during our Phase 1 Client Engagement meeting.
