Partnership Levels & Commission Structure
We offer six levels of involvement — from a simple name-and-intro referral to full deal partnership. Choose the level that fits your capacity.

4 | Affiliate | Collecting financials, key documents, asset inventory, photos, videos, lease, contracts, buyer offer to purchase | 30% | At settlement |
5 | Project Affiliate | Business metrics workbook, listing & marketing, business description, buyer screening, meeting coordination, settlement coordination | 40% | At settlement |
6 | Deal Partner | Full deal partnership — co-managing the entire selling and buying process (split of remaining commission after other referral fees) | 50% | At settlement |
